My spiritual name is Paramseetal Kaur and I am a certified 450 hr Yoga Practitioner and a 300 hr Yoga Therapist, dedicated to guiding individuals
on their path to self-discovery and inner transformation. The journey of self-discovery is a life-time journey and my own personal devotion to self growth is helping me discover my self-awareness.
My journey with the Yogic philosophy began, 20 years ago. Yogic philosophy teaches us that the individual consciousness can be united with the universal Divine.
My Kundalini experience has gifted me the ability to understand and recognize my own thoughts, feelings, and actions, and how they impact myself and others.
I am a teacher but also a student. If I am not learning new lessons from my two children, I am learning lessons from life itself. I am extremely passionate in discovering true self, a very powerful way of practicing self-love.
